As an online business seller, we fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, which you can read in full by copy/pasting this link below into your web browser - http://www.opsi.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Returns & Refund Policy - We must be notified in writing, of any potential returns to us within 7 days of receipt of the goods, and we must recieve back returned items in good condition within 14 days from date of order. We have the right to refuse - any requested returns after 7 days from date of your reciept, and any returned items recieved back to us after 14 days from date of order. All returns are sent back to us at your own cost, unless the wrong item/s were despatched by us, or the item/s were severeley damaged in transit on their way to you. In these cases, if a refund is requested, we will refund the full price you paid for the order. If a replacement is requested, we will despatch this at our cost. Items which are returned for a refund within the 14 day limit, due to you (the customer) changing your mind upon reciept of the item/s, for whatever reason, we *MAY* (at our discretion) subtract off the refund total, the original delivery cost to us for the item/s. We would be within our rights to do so. Please note, any item/s returned for any reason other than wrong item sent or faulty/damaged through transit, any sign of mis-use, bad treatment etc while in your posession then we have the right to refuse the refund. In these cases, the item/s you (the customer) send back to us *MUST* be in resaleable condition.
