Its a really good phone. Its durable, waterproof and it has a really good battery. But i broke 1 star because its got many scratches and a missing charging port cover.

I have found it hard to get working and the instructions, which are available on line are not sufficiently detailed for the newcomer. For example, I wish to enter email addresses but cannot find how to enter the @ symbol needed! Otherwise a nice solid feel and handsome look.

Its not a smart phone, it doesn't have the latest features, its not the lightest or the smallest - it doesn't claim to be. Its a phone, it makes phone calls, it has all the basic features and you can drop it from a couple of meters into a puddle/sink/toilet/pint and wash it afterwards/between times - which is exactly what it claims it can do. So if you want a good rugged phone that can take a pretty impressive amount of mistreatment and still make phone calls - then this is your phone.I work in heavy industry and it has survived a record time in my care. So basically if you want a phone that can take abuse this fits the bill nicely.
i bought this for my husband who works in engineering he's wrecked 2 phones this year so far. He's only had it for about a month but no problems yet! The only complaint is the main centre button goes to WAP browser and i can't change it's function. Apart from that he finds it easy to use and for him the best thing is it's got a torch!!!!
I bought this product to replace one that was damaged by my dog. This phone is incredibly durable as in I have dropped many times, accidently stood on it, dropped it in water, down stairs, on the pavement and it still worked perfectly. This phone is rugged to the extreme !!( But it is not German sheperd proof ) If you are the kind of person who is tough on phones or need a phone at work and work in a harsh environment, eg. building site or industrial environment you could not choose a better phone. Quad band, 2 sim card slots, great little LED torch, Camera is good for a phone of this type, and it has excellent battery life.
