I can tell good honey by the way it affects my not-so good teeth. If I eat say a biscuit containing a lot of sugar, my broken (due to a cherry Genoa cake from Tesco's!) tooth will play up BIG time. Sure, I know there's sucrose and fructose in honey but, I can literally swish/swirl this honey all around my teeth ( for the enzymes) and it has no bad effect at all. Anyway, it's a very nice tasting honey. I had some today on a toasted bagel and it was Mmmmmmmmmmm. The sugars have separated out somewhat, so I just gave it a damn good stir and all was well.

I got tired of the pasteurised multi massed produced jars of Honey in all our supermarkets & decided to try the real "raw" thing & got instantly hooked, if the honey has gone solid, a few minutes in some hot water gets it back to the lovely nectar you can spread on your toast or put in drinks, just a wonderful experience, do not hesitate to try this product.

The test is like no other that I'd tested before, for so called 100% Pure and raw Organic Honey. The test is too weak, pure yellow in colour like egg yolk. It doesn't stick to a Spoon as it should be. Is more like scooping an ice cream out of the pot. The label was just placed on it, not professionally done. You see, like a say, don't judge a book by is cover! On this occasion I can judge the book by its cover. I am diabetic and shouldn't be using sugar. Am sure you know where I am coming from..
