Please remember that once we have despatched your item we have no control over how long it may take regarding delivery times. We generally accept that delivery is usually within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) but on some occasions it may be longer. We have no control over delays caused by the Royal Mail, weather or other.
On rare occasions, items have been known to go missing and again, we have no control over this. If your item has not arrived after 7 working days, please contact us to investigate further.
NON CLAIMED / RETURNED ITEMS
If a parcel is returned to us and it is NOT our fault as to why it has been returned then we are not responsible for the cost of posting the parcel back to you.
If this should happen you can either pay postage on the parcel to have it re-posted back to you or alternatively we can refund the cost of the ITEM ONLY.
We will not refund the original P&P costs.
If your postman/woman does not leave a `while you where out` card this is something you have to take up with Royal Mail or your international postal service as this is their responsibility and we have no control over it.
RETURNING AN ITEM
We want you to be happy with all the items you order, and will gladly accept back any returns up to 7 days after you have received them except for the following:
If you have received an item that is faulty in anyway we WILL require photographic evidence showing the fault as proof OR you will be required to send the item back for a full refund plus any return costs incurred. We will NOT refund any money until either of the two options have been used.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind and no longer require it then the item must not be soiled (used/opened) in any way. Due to hygiene reasons, once an item has been used we cannot resell it or relist it.
Non-faulty items must be returned to us in their original packaging and in an undamaged and resellable condition where possible.
Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order.

PLEASE NOTE: If you return your product for any other reason other than damage or company error, we will gladly assist you with refund or replacement for these items.
We cannot be held responsible for goods that are returned to us that are lost in transit. We recommend that you send your goods back to us by registered post and retain proof of posting.

ROYAL MAIL POSTAGE CHARGES
