Paypal is the easiest and fastest payment method but we also accept cheque, postal order, bacs and credit/debit card over the phone. If you are paying by postal order or cheque enclose your user id and ebay item number with payment to enable us to find the correct item purchased.

A telephone number is required for courier delivery options should there be a problem with the delivery. Your telephone number is only passed to the courier and nobody else as we respect your privacy. Dependant on which courier we use you may receive an email to your ebay email address with tracking details and estimated delivery time. We can only post to the address stated on your ebay account with no exceptions, you can change your address or add another address during the checkout process. DO NOT email us about an incorrect address as our system will automatically post to it.

We do not allow any collections we are a delivery only company.

We post by Royal Mail and courier, by Royal Mail we post to anywhere in the UK with a postcode and by courier we only post to mainland UK only excluding Islands, Northern Scotland and N.Ireland. Check the postal option on the item listing as we only post items over a certain weight by courier due to Royal Mail postal costs.

You need to sign for the item as damaged unless you are 100% satisfied that the item has arrived in perfect condition. This is a requirement of some couriers we use. Unless the item is signed for as damaged a claim cannot be made against the courier. You will be responsible for postage costs if you need to return an item not sign for as damaged.

If you have receive a damaged item and have signed for it as damaged or the courier has left the item in a safe place without a signature contact us and we will arrange for the collection and make a claim with the courier.

We may upgrade any of our advertised royal mail postings to courier free of charge without prior notice. A telephone number and email address are required for any courier deliveries so please make sure your ebay shipping address has a current email and telephone number. An up to date telephone number is not needed for royal mail postage.

Royal Mail and the courier collect from us every weekday so your item will be despatched the same day or next working day at the very latest.

Please remember that items do get delayed and lost in the post unfortunately this is beyond our control.

If you believe an item has gone missing first contact your LOCAL ROYAL MAIL SORTING OFFICE to see if it is being held for any reason. It is getting more common when an item will not fit through your letterbox, a delivery has been attempted whilst nobody at home and no calling card has been left. Packets and parcels are not delivered by your normal postman but on a separate round.
