Deliveries

Please ensure you leave a valid telephone number on checkout. Failure to do this will result in delayed dispatch as we must give your contact number to the couriers.Please make sure you check your email after purchasing from us, once we have the delivery schedule for your area we will email you to confirm your delivery date. Once we have confirmed a delivery date with you, if the driver attends your property and no one is at home we will then charge a redelivery charge of 20 pounds for shower enclosures/trays and 10 pounds for bath screens. This will be to cover a second delivery. If you provide incorrect delivery details you will be charged a re delivery charge as the couriers will charge us, again this may delay your delivery.
