Summary of My Selling Policies

Payment

We accept PayPal and Nochex, for immediate dispatch.
Cheques will be accepted on the understanding that goods will not be dispatched until the Cheque clears (Approx 7 Days)
WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL payments from overseas buyers.
Under no circumstances will we accept payment by any other method from overseas bidders
PayPal is most welcome from UK bidders/buyers
Details for UK Cheques are included in the request for payment invoice at the end of the auction/sale.
Bank transfers are also accepted.
All payment must be made within 7 Days of the auction ending unless previously agreed.
We reserve the right to re-auction any items not paid for after 7 Days
If multiple purchase are being accumulated to take advantage of our DPD parcel option (UK Only) a maximum period of 14 Days is allowed to complete your order providing we have been advised of your intentions.

Postage &

Reduced P&P Charges

We only charge the actual postage/shipping cost with a small allowance for packaging materials.
We are happy to combine postage costs where possible for multiple auction purchases.
To qualify for reduced P&P (shipping) all items must appear on one invoice for which only one payment is received.
If making multiple purchases please request a final invoice once you've finished buying so P&P discounts can be applied.
(Not applicable to Free P&P items)
Why not take advantage of our next day delivery service by Parcelforce or DPD couriers for only £7.95, (max 25 kilos)
Parcelforce or DPD will deliver to most UK mainland destinations, next day with full tracking.(Highlands and Islands are excluded, certain areas will be  a two day service)
If using our Courier service it is important that someone is at your delivery address to sign for the package.
The best shipping option for within the UK Mainland is our Parcelforce/ DPD Parcel option, Ideal for heavy, low cost items.
Any items returned as undeliverable will only be resent on receipt of an additional carriage/postal payment.
It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure a correct delivery address and contact telephone number is advised.
We cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers in the UK or Overseas.
Airmail can work out very expensive for heavier items, Please enquire about the costs before bidding.
It's too easy to buy something for £1.25 then to be charged £8.00+ for Airmail
Surface Mail is a cheaper alternative to Airmail providing you can wait up to 5-6 Weeks to some destinations.

Shipping

We always use Royal Mail First Class post for smaller items within the UK.
For larger, heavier or multiple items we use Parcelforce or DPD couriers.
Overseas we use Royal Mail Airmail or Surface Mail
Larger items can be sent with FedEx, UPS or DHL at extra cost.
We always give ever bidder the option to collect the goods from our premises near Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire

Delivery

We always try to ship your goods the next working Day after your payment is received.

Refunds & Returns

A full refund is offered if you are not satisfied in any way with the goods that we supply, providing we are informed prior to the goods being returned within 14 Days of the auction ending.

We ALWAYS leave Feedback upon receipt of payment as we believe that Feedback is important to indicate to other eBay buyers and sellers what kind of response and service can be expected.
We work extremely hard to ensure complete customer satisfaction, if you have a problem Please let us know.
There is nothing that cannot be sorted through communication.

Bidders Details

Recently we have noticed an increase in the number of buyers whose E-mail address returns the Winner's e-mail straight back to us as undeliverable, or they just don't get through.
It is your responsibility to provide your eBay account with a working e-mail address where you can be contacted.
If you have not heard from me within 24 hours of an auction ending, please assume that our e-mail is not getting through to you.
In this eventuality, I would ask that you provide me with an alternative e-mail address.

Returns

A full refund is offered providing the item is returned unused without any seals being broken/removed.
Items must be returned via Recorded/Signed for delivery service.
