Very easy to set up and read. dropped a couple of times and the cover and needle came adrift but easily reassembled and worked perfect. Care has to be taken if using like I did, to set up a satellite dish. The angle of the sat. in the sky is not the same as the angle you set up the dish. You have to work out the angle from the specification of the dish. (The signal beams down, bounces off the dish and into the LNB)

Simple, direct read-out of angle from the vertical, magnetic hold. I use it to check the angle of my telescope mount in centring it on the pole star.

A good product with appropriate features, especially for use with steel. The magnetic base allows it to be left attached to a tube or metallic surface and then adjust the angle as required. Please note, it should be used vertically, since otherwise, the measurement may be affected by the the internal friction of the gauge. This is not a problem and is easily achieved. Recommended for metal work applications.
