Shipping Methods:

International orders are shipped via THAILAND Post International Mail. Standard Flat Rate shipping is NOT guaranteed to come with tracking ability;

Please contact us if you want to guarantee tracking. Express delivery is also an option. If you choose this method your order will be expedited. It will include a tracking number.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Transit Times:

International post usually takes 10-22 WORKING days ( Not days) and may a few days delay in custom and post office. Please contact us if you do not receive your order after 30 days and we will try to help you to resolve it.

Combine:

We combine P&P fee for multiple purchases, and payment must be paid TOGETHER! The highest shipping fee must be paid in full and 1.0 USD deduct for each additional item. For the big order PLEASE ask for the quote.

Additional Information:

Refusal of Package: If you refuse a package. You will be responsible for the original delivery charges and be charged the fee to ship the package back to us as well as any duties charged to us.

Delays beyond our control: Delays in delivery due to "Acts of Nature" or mechanical issues will not be reimbursed.

Tracking: If you have elected to ship via UPS and would like to track your order, please go to the post office website in your country and enter your tracking number to check the shipping status.

Lost Packages: On rare occasions, due to no fault on our part, a package sent via the USPS may not arrive at its destination. In such an instance, we will reship your order after a reasonable time has elapsed, but will require that you sign and return a letter confirming that your package indeed was never received. This is required so that we can be reimbursed by our insurance company. If we do not receive this signed form back from you, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement shipment.

Returns and Exchanges: If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange most items for a full refund of the original price paid, less shipping. Items returned to us MUST be in their original condition and packaging.
