We are happy to combine shipping on our products wherever possible. Our standard delivery charge is £6.75 for the first 30kg, and £4.50 per subsequent 30kg parcel being delivered to the same address at the same time. These rates apply for ENGLAND, WALES and SOME AREAS OF SCOTLAND only, and this cost includes our courier charge, labour and packaging materials, plus fuel surcharge and VAT at the current rate. We regret that we cannot ship to REMOTE AREAS including EIRE, SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS and CHANNEL ISLANDS, etc, therefore these areas are exempt from nuying from us. If you require 2 bags of the same food, please check our eBay shop as we have many varieties listed which includes 2 x 15kg sacks of the same type of food, which may work out cheaper than buying 2 seperate bags. If you wish to combine shipping on 2 different 15kg varieties of food, please request a total from us BEFORE paying and we will combine the invoice for you. Note: eBay’s check out system sometimes gets the p&p wrong as it occasionally does not offer the discount on additional parcels, therefore PLEASE KINDLY REQUEST A TOTAL BEFORE PAYING if you feel that the rate is incorrect and we will correct this for you. Please be aware that if you over-pay on postage, we will refund the difference by the same method of payment ASAP, however, if you underpay, we will be unable to accept your order.
We only ship to the registered address on your eBay/PayPal account. If you need us to ship the item to an alternative address, please ensure that you change your delivery address with eBay/PayPal BEFORE paying as eBay policy & seller protection forbids us from shipping to alternative addresses. We process orders 2-3 times daily but our couriers collect once per day, Monday-Friday only. All orders are shipped on an over night service but in order to qualify for same day dispatch, we must receive your order BEFORE 9.30am. This means that if your order is received AFTER 9.30am, it will not be shipped until the following working day. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a card will be left for the recipient, with further instructions to follow. These instructions must be followed in order to avoid further delay. All deliveries must be signed for, unless you give consent for the parcel to be left somewhere without a signature. If your parcel is left at your request, without a signature, you forfeit your right to make any claim with ourselves or the courier in the event of loss or damage. You must check the condition of your parcel BEFORE signing for it. By signing for a parcel, you ACCEPT that the order has been received in GOOD CONDITION, therefore if an order is signed for, but then later reported as damaged; we will be unable to offer any kind of compensation such as a part refund or replacement as the carriers will dismiss your claim. If a parcel is received in unsatisfactory condition, it MUST be refused so that the courier can return it to us, and then once the goods have been received back by us for inspection, we will replace them at no extra cost. However, if an order is sent back to us and found to be in good condition, we will not replace or refund it, and the item/s will be held by us until a further delivery charge is paid to re-ship. From time to time, due to circumstances beyond our control, deliveries may be delayed; but we cannot be held responsible for delays and we do not offer compensation or refunds due to late deliveries. All shipments can be tracked online and tracking details can be retrieved by logging into the order history. Returns are accepted. Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel an order at any time up to the end of seven working days after you receive the goods. If a buyer changes their mind about a purchase and asks us to cancel an order, we can do this and issue a full refund, providing that the order has not yet been dispatched. If a buyer requests to cancel an order after the goods have been dispatched or delivered to them, then the following returns procedure must be followed: The buyer must contact us and return the order to us at their cost, no later than 14 days after receipt.
