We give you a range of delivery options to choose from so you are free to select whichever one suits your needs best. The cheapest postage is usually set as default, and is seldom the fastest, so remember to change it to a more expedited service if you need your goods fast! If you require a different option, please contact us and we'll be happy to add it. If you want tracking, be sure to add insurance for domestic services, available on 1st or 2nd class, to upgrade it to recorded. For overseas if you want tracking you need to select international signed for, or airsure. Standard airmail does not have tracking.
If you need to tell us something about your transaction, please send us a message separately through the eBay message system in addition to a checkout note, as the Paypal/checkout system can be very unreliable. Otherwise we may not receive anything. Ideally, however, ensure your address & contact details are correct in the first place as we cannot guarantee to be able to send to any address other than the registered one, and certainly won't if it's in Nigeria! We also do not control where Royal Mail leave parcels...
All Postal Orders sent should be Uncrossed.
When you purchase you will get several Emails almost immediately, these are automated, and will always be received right after you buy. The first will have a "pay now" link, so if you've already sent payment simply ignore this, and unless you want your order send to an alternative address, you don't need to reply to any with one. Amongst a few other things one will also contain our address for postal payments, all of which can be made payable to Richmil Ltd, our address is also available through your "Won" items in "My eBay". When using Paypal to complete your transaction you will also get a payment received notification shortly afterwards, as well as a confirmation from Paypal directly. If you aren't sure if a payment has been sent, simply login to your Paypal account and it will display a summary of amounts recently sent. Note: eCheques take 9 days to clear, regardless of what may be stated in certain places by Paypal. Please allow 7 days for ordinary cheques to clear, after the date on which we receive them, for them to be taken as cleared payment, though we may dispatch before this time for small amounts from customers with good feedback. Remember it costs you £25 to cancel a cheque!

We take the utmost care in packing your order to ensure it arrives with you in excellent condition, if it doesn't we will always endeavour to correct the situation, please however inform us within 7 days, ideally with proof to allow speedy resolution. If goods are returned to us for testing, and are found not to have any fault, your postage cannot be refunded, and we may levy a 20% administration fee, instead or in addition to charging return postage. For non guaranteed services such as 1st & 2nd class standard or recorded, please allow 7 days for delivery after our receipt of cleared payment before contacting us, though Royal Mail advise 15 working days before they will acknowledge them as lost. If your goods are damaged in the post, in order to successfully make a claim please retain the original packaging in accordance with Royal Mail/Parcel Force Guidelines.
We cannot accept any liability for misuse of our products, by purchasing from us you are agreeing that you are capable of using them appropriately. We also cannot usually advise further on the suitability of our products for specific purposes.
