Payment - We accept most methods of payment, these include Paypal and credit/debit card. Our offices are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm. We must advise that credit card payments are subject to a 2% surcharge; no surcharge is applied to debit card payments. If you wish to pay by credit or debit card please phone us with your details on 0845 839 9069.

Collection - We are more than happy for customers to collect their items in person from our office, which will save on the P&P costs. However, please make us aware of this when ordering to ensure that you are not charged for postage and to enable us to have your order ready and waiting for whenever you arrive. Our offices are located in Ashton-under-Lyne (see address below) and open for collection on Monday to Friday between 9am and 5:30pm and Saturdays between 10am and 4.00pm.

Returns - If your order is received faulty or you have changed your mind about the item/s you received, we offer a full refund policy in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). Please advise of any return requests in writing via email, messaging or returns system via eBay within 7 working days after the goods have been delivered, (notification by phone is not acceptable). The goods must be returned to us within 28 days of receiving your item. The return postage is non-refundable, unless goods received are faulty. Please ensure they are returned in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging and protective bags, however small. Once we have received the goods back a full refund will be issued through the original means of payment i.e. PayPal, Credit/Debit card. Bespoke and goods made to the customers specification such as extra keys for cylinders and polycarbonate sheets are non – refundable.

Shipping - Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment Monday to Friday. All orders where payment is received before 1.00pm will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 1pm on Friday will not be processed and dispatched until Monday (except Bank Holiday Mondays or national holidays).

The rates you see for economy and standard delivery are available for all UK postcodes. Next day or get it fast is not available for the following postcode areas:-

Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & Dublin, Isle of Man, Channel Islands

The following list is not comprehensive, but gives an idea of the areas that you need to ring us for if you need next day delivery (IE all HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH, ZE, all BT Belfast, 'GY' postcodes ie Guernsey, Alderney & Sark etc. & 'JE' Jersey postcodes).
