All our prices are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
We aim to dispatch within 1 working day of receiving cleared funds, although this is not a guaranteed.
Orders received before 3pm are usually dispatched the same day, but sometimes it is just not possible.
We only despatch items Monday - Friday.
Items purchased late on Friday or on Saturday / Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
We are happy to combine postage where possible to reduce costs.
If we cannot fulfil you order, we will advise you and offer an alternative product where possible. If an alternative is not available or not acceptable, a full refund will be given immediately.
Upon receipt of your goods, we would ask that you leave feedback to confirm that you are happy with your purchase.

Delivery, Postage & Packing
WE DO NOT PROFIT FROM POSTAGE & CARRIAGE CHARGES
Our charges are clearly listed against each item we sell – We are happy to combine postage where possible – If you purchase more than one item, please wait for a revised invoice to be sent to you before paying.
All goods are shipped using a next day courier service (this will require someone to sign for the item at time of delivery), Royal Mail or our own delivery vans.
Prices quoted for the Next day courier service DO NOT include Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands or any UK off-shore Islands.
Goods shipped to these destinations will be via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, if weight and size permits – A courier service for heavy items, is available to these areas but is more expensive than the standard rates – please contact us for prices.
Postage prices include any packaging costs and VAT where applicable.
We offer a van delivery service within our local area and parts of Shropshire, Wolverhampton & Mid Wales, for which there is a small charge – please contact us for details.
Goods are available for collection if required.
PayPal is the quickest and safest form of payment.
Credit Card - Purchase in the usual way, then either ring the number above or email a contact number for us to call you.
Cheque - made payable to MDA Bitec – goods will not be dispatched until cheque has cleared – please allow 5 working days.
Cash on collection.
The Distance selling regulations state that as the buyer you have the right change your mind and return the goods any that you no longer require, goods must be returned within seven working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) after the day on which you receive the goods.
If an item is no longer required, we will accept it back as long as it is returned in its original condition, unused, undamaged and in original packaging.
Any costs / postage charges incurred for returning items are the responsibility of the buyer. Original postage costs are non refundable. Please contact us in the first instance if you have an item that you would like to return.
Please note: Any item sent with free postage that is later returned, will incur a handling charge (equivalent to the outward postage costs).
We try to list our products as clearly and accurately as possibly, but if you are unsure or need clarification about any of our products please feel free to contact us prior to buying. In the unlikely event that an item is listed incorrectly or the description is misleading, we will refund you for the product and original postage costs plus the cost of returning the item to us.
Occasionally items do get damaged on their way to the customer, if this happens please contact us and we will do all we can to rectify the problem, as quickly as possible.
