I received this product with exactly the specification described and in a prompt time. To date I am very happy with the machine and can find nothing major wrong. The screen is huge! - I have to keep reminding myself it is only a 24" Screen. I have purchased two Macs from this Vendor with no issues except one which is the machines hang occasionally but would suspect that is an issue with Mac's in general because I have similar issues with other machines.
This ungraded machine is performing very well after initial problems associated with user unfamiliarity to using a Mac computer. It is certainly much quicker than using a MS Windows PC.

I went to PC World and looked at an Imac and thought mmm thats expensive I let the nice young man demonstrate it to me and thought this is much better than a PC. I have a quad core 4gig of RAM and 2x 500 gig hard drives with a good video card. even though I have a genuine version of windows 7 i have some how got the windows is not genuine message and all the problems that creates so enough of microsoft I have made the switch and wish I had done it years ago. I think the MAC is superior I got a cheap mac from ebay using it as a learning curve and decided to keep it and only get a new one when this one is broken. Chris ps my advise get a mac first you wont switch to a pc after that xx
