If for any reason you are not happy with your order within 30 days of delivery, simply email us at help@geniusthings.co.uk quoting your order number, and we will issue a return merchandise authorisation (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. Once you have received your RMA number, return your item in the condition you received it, in its original packaging and with all tags attached, within 14 days. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. The purchase price will be refunded to your PayPal account within 14 days of receiving the item back in our warehouse. Postage and packaging will not be refunded. Postage is at your own risk so we advise you to use a tracked delivery service. Please note that you have a duty of care for your products within this 14-day period. If you cause damage, or by your actions damage is caused to the product prior to returning it to us, we reserve the right to charge for any damage caused. If goods are not received back in perfect condition and in their original packaging, we reserve the right not to accept the goods at our warehouse and/or not to issue a refund.
