We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials,labor and 20% VAT. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. We aim to despatch all orders within 2 days.  But more than 80% of orders are posted 1st Class or Air Mail within 1 working day.
