Low prices mean that I have a huge demand.
Items are bulky and cumbersome to pack but I do try
my best to get your orders out ASAP!

PLACING AN ORDER
(Sorry it’s long winded & tedious but please
read!)
If you are purchasing more than one item,
please pay for them altogether.
This will ensure all your items are dispatched
together.
To do this, select the goods you want and instead
of paying straight away, select Seller’s Other Items
to continue shopping.
When you select the Pay Now option,
you should see all the items listed on one invoice.
Please make sure your contact details are correct
on eBay and PayPal.
If you need to change an address, please order your
goods and then contact me before making a payment.
This will enable me to amend your address on your
invoice so that the correct information is relayed to the factory which
supplies me.
COMMUNICATION
Please note,
messages on orders and emails can easily be overlooked by the computer systems.
Please always contact me via eBay messages.
If you can’t contact me via eBay, please send a text

Please note that although my mobile number is
provided, I do have a job (working unusual hours) and am not always able to
answer the phone and will not always have access to a computer. For these
reasons, and more, eBay inbox is usually the best way to make contact.

call you after 8.00pm or before 10.00am. I will not pass your number to anyone,
except the courier.
DISPATCH
Due to high demand,
dispatch times have been increased
(to ridiculous levels pre-Christmas).
However, most orders will be sent out a lot sooner
than the listing suggests - as you can see from my feedback.
DELIVERY
Bulky orders will
be delivered by Interlink Express on a Next Day Delivery service. Others are
sent via Royal Mail on a 1-3 Day service or with TNT who are a little bit
slower (unfortunately)
In some cases, I may be able to send other smaller
items on a Next Day service, for an additional £5.00 but cannot usually push
anyone up the queue. In this event, please contact me so I can give you an idea
of the dispatch times.
MOST OF MY CUSTOMERS ARE PREGNANT
AND/OR IN PAIN
so I dispatch items earlier than stated guidelines.
You will receive a message with a tracking number
when your order has been dispatched.
PLEASE TRACK YOUR ITEMS!!
(Some buyers wait forever only to find their
parcels have been at their local depot for a week, waiting for them to
re-arrange the delivery online).
DELAYS
To avoid delays, please provide a valid phone
number that the courier is able to contact you on.
It's important to keep an eye on tracking numbers
daily!
If your parcel has been delayed,
please let me know when they arrive.
RETURNS
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please
contact me.
I’ll send you a pre-paid returns pack addressed to
the factory, which supplies me.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND TO THE ADDRESS PROVIDED as I will not be
able to refund postage.
I CAN ONLY REFUND POSTAGE IF:
Goods are damaged or faulty or
the incorrect item(s) were dispatched.
Goods must be returned, in an unused
condition,
within 14 days. (I will send a pre-paid returns pack).

Dispatch
Times have been increased due to the holiday period, however, in the
vast majority of cases, your item should still be dispatched a lot earlier than stated.... as my feedback testifies. Royal Mail also experience delays during this time & this is out of my control so I have exaggerated the dispatch times to cover myself.
Please
bear with me, I will do my best to get your parcel to you asap! If
you're in a desperate rush for your parcel, I do offer overnight
delivery via courier, however this does not guarantee that items will be
dispatched on the 1st working day!
