Dispatch & Delivery.

We aim to dispatch all goods by the next working day after payment is received, though we currently dispatch 90% of orders received & paid for by 12.00 (Noon) the same day !

We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays, orders received on these days will be processed as soon as possible after the weekend or Bank Holiday.

Normal delivery is via courier service (usually next working day after dispatch, but not guaranteed) to UK MAINLAND addresses only, (Scottish Highlands can take 1 to 3 days depending how remote your location is)

This is a signed for delivery, a signature IS required, please ensure someone is available to sign for your item/s.

Please ensure your contact telephone number held by eBay is correct in case we need to contact you.

Non Mainland.

Isle Of Man, Northern Ireland & Scottish Islands are delivered by 48 hour Courier and costs £22.00.

 (Please remember to change the carriage accordingly when you pass through eBay checkout or your order may be delayed.)

Collections.

Collections are ok from 9:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday and can be paid for by Cash or Credit/Debit cards, (Sorry but we do NOT accept Cheque’s)

Please call 01322-626777 (office hours) to check availability prior to collection as we dispatch from several warehouses and not all items are stocked in all warehouses, if required we will transfer stock for next working day collection.
