All of our items are listed in the
"Auction" format.
Please do not contact us asking for a "Buy it
now" price.
Payment
information
All winning bids are a binding contract between
"You" and "Us" as set out in Ebay's Terms and Conditions.
All items must be paid for within 4 days of the
Auction ending.
After 4 days an "Unpaid Item" case will be
opened against you.
You will then have a further 4 days to pay.
After that time the item will be offered to someone
else in a "Second Chance Offer" or re-listed for sale.
We only accept Paypal for our Auctions.
Delivery
information
We normally only offer delivery to the UK.
Delivery outside of the UK is at our discretion,
please contact us before the Auction ends to discuss this with us.
We aim to despatch your item within 3 working days
of the auction ending. This does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
Most items will be delivered and insured by UK Mail.
For smaller items we may use Royal Mail, please contact us prior to the Auction
ending if you require any extra insurance.
For the following places you will need to contact us
before the Auction ends to get a price for delivery: Channel Islands, Isle of
Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands,
Northern Ireland.
Collection
information
We may able to offer collection of an item but only
if you arrange this with us prior to the Auction ending.
Returns
information
Please Note: We do not accept returns / refunds on
any of our auctions if you have simply changed your mind.
If the item is "Damaged upon delivery",
"Item not as described" or "Item withdrawn from sale" then
we will issue refunds in accordance with Ebay's policies.
