If returning an item for a refund or exchange without it being faulty it must be in resalable condition in original packaging. If you buy a part without checking the listing or after providing an incorrect part number there will be a 20% handling surcharge. 

Electrical goods will not be accepted back once sold. Warranty is limited to repair, replacement or exchange of part only.

No refund on warranty parts due to faulty workmanship. Labour costs are not covered in any circumstances.
