By placing an order with Consumer Electricals, you indicate that you have read and agree to the following return policies and conditions.  This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Distance Selling Regulations which can be found at http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/.

If your returned product does not meet all criteria listed in this returns policy, it will be rejected and returned back to you at your cost. Arrangements with manufacturers allow us no room for exceptions.

All non faulty returns must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all documentation, cables and accessories. You have 14 days from the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product) to get a valid RMA request via e-mail and get your product to a dispatcher to return back to us. It does not have to be back in our warehouse within 14 days, but it does have to be in the possession of the dispatcher (along with the valid RMA). Any returns that are not accompanied with a valid RMA will be refused.

Warranty is provided at the discretion of the manufacturer. This may mean dealing with them directly, but we will assist where at all possible. Certain products can only be returned with a manufacturer's authorisation code, please e-mail customer.services@ConsumerElectricals.co.uk with your unique order number for specific information in respect of your purchase.  

The buyer pays all return costs. To ensure the safe return of the merchandise, we recommend utilising a traceable dispatch service for the return.  All faulty returns must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all documentation, cables and accessories. You can obtain a valid RMA request via e-mail and this must accompany your return when sending back via your dispatcher.

Defective products may only be returned within 30 days of you receiving a valid RMA. Once your return is processed, and is verified to meet the criteria listed and to be defective, your replacement order will be sent out to you, or you will be issued a full refund.

The RMA number must NOT be written on the original manufacturer's packaging or box. Please write the RMA number on a label used to return the item. Items received with any writing on the original manufacturer's packaging or box will be refused and returned to you without credit approval.

The risk of loss for the product being returned shall be with you at all times until signed for at our distribution centre.

The return purchase price will be credited through the original payment method of PayPal.

These policies may be changed at any time and are effective immediately, after they have been entered on this site. All policies or rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
