Delivery
When will you ship my order and how long does shipping take?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. If your order is paid before 2pm Monday to Thursday, your items will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Items sent via Royal Mail 1st Class normally arrive within 1-3 working days. Depending on the value of your order a signature may be required upon delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost of shipping varies from item to item and can be found in the "Postage and payments" link near the top of this listing.
We keep our postage rates to a bare minimum, and they reflect the cost of packing and delivering your order. If the postage rate automatically applied to your order appears to be incorrect or excessive please let us know so we can adjust it if necessary.
Do you offer combined shipping?
We are happy to combine your shipping price and we charge a maximum of £4.99 per order for shipping via Royal Mail 1st Class. Please use the eBay shopping cart to automatically combine your shipping rate.
If you place multiple separate orders you may be charged more postage than necessary. If this happens please let us know! We’re happy to correct issues when they arise but due to the volume of orders we receive we are unable to review every order.
Do you ship to addresses outside the UK?
We can ship to most countries via Airmail. Please contact us via eBay messages for further information prior to ordering so that we can confirm costs and availability.
Something's wrong! What should I do?
We always ship our items out in safe, secure packaging and they should arrive in perfect condition. If this isn't the case, please drop us a line via eBay messages as soon as possible so we can do our best to sort it out.
We may request that you return the item, or snap a picture of the problem so we can try to work out what went wrong! For further information on how we handle returns please see our returns policy in the 'Returns' tab above.

Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We are only able to accept payment via PayPal.
If Paypal processes your payment via eCheque we will wait until the payment has cleared before dispatching your items.
We are unable to accept Cash on Collection, Cheques or Postal Orders.
How quickly do I need to pay?
Please only place an order if you’re prepared to pay within 5 working days or have contacted us and made prior arrangements. If you're having problems paying please let us know as soon as possible.
I placed my order by mistake, or am unable to pay - can I cancel it?
Yes, if you haven't paid and have decided you would like to cancel your order please let us know as soon as possible via eBay messages. If you have paid and your order has already been dispatched you will need to return the item to us before we can process a refund, please see our returns policy for further detail.

Returns
Can I return my item?
You have the right to inspect and return items for any reason within 14 calendar days of receipt so long as the item is returned in the original packaging, in an unused and saleable condition. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, we will ask you to cover the cost of return shipping.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us via eBay messages to arrange a return, we will respond with further instructions within 2 working days. Please do not return items without prior authorization.
An item arrived damaged, or I’m unhappy with my order – what should I do?
If the item you received is damaged or not as described please contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to resolve the issue. Don't forget to retain all packaging, invoices and the item as we may request that you photograph or return them. If we are at fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method as soon as the returned item has been received and inspected. We will notify you via eBay messages when we have received your item and processed your refund.
