Shipping:

We ship all items within 3 working days from date of payment. All items are sent by 1st or 2nd class recorded post which is insured to the value of £34.00 and will require a signature upon delivery. While this form of postage is not as cheap as the standard postage option it does offer both the customer and seller protection, as alot of items have gone walkies recently!

Please note that we do obtain proof of postage for all items sent and we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are undelivered or damaged in transit. We will of course help you to track your package through Royal Mail and help with a claim if needs be.

Return Policy:

We will refund or offer replacements on any items that arrive damaged where the damage has occurred while the item has been with ourselves. We also accept returns and exchanges on any items that are unsuitable if they are returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please contact us for further details and please remember to include your eBay ID so that we can identify the order.Please note that any postage costs for returning an item are the customer's responsibility and original postage costs will also not be refunded, except where the item has been returned due to a fault and then the original postage costs will be refunded.
