DLGtools 14 Day Returns Policy

You have the right to return purchased goods within 14 days of receipt, however, this does not apply to certain items, i.e. perishable or personalised goods (please check with our Customer Service department before return). Items returned unwanted may incur an administration charge of 20%.

Our customer service department must be advised within 14 days of your receipt of the goods if you wish to return them. We will not accept goods for return that have been used and expect goods to be returned in the same condition as prior to purchase.

Goods must be returned immediately after notification.

Returns Procedure – please contact our Customer Service department on 07999 535899 for a returns number which must be shown on the returned goods. Items returned without an authorised returns number may not be processed.

Faulty Goods – please contact our Customer Service Department if your item develops a fault and we will advise on the appropriate action , e.g. repair, refund or replacement all goods sold by us are covered by our own 30 DAYS cover after this time its down to the manufacturer.

Damaged Goods – if your goods are damaged in transit your must contact our Customer Service department within 24 hours of receipt and we will advise on the action that needs to be taken.

If goods are damaged by a courier service then we will file a cliam for you with them and we will send you a form to fill in once this form is returned to us by email we can have a new replacment sent out for you.

Refunds - All refunds are made by the same method as the initial payment.
