4 important steps to be sure your parcel fits this service:
Measure & weigh your parcel to confirm it fits the following:
> Max weight: 15kg
> Max Volumetric weight: 15kg
> Max Girth: 300cm
> Max Length: 150cm
Step 1: Weigh your parcel to obtain your actual weight (must not exceed 30kg)
Step 2: Calculate the volumetric weight - Length x width x height / by 5000 (example: 70cm x 40cm x 40cm /5000 = 22.4kg (must not exceed 15kg)
Step 3: Calculate your parcels girth: Length + twice width + twice height (Must not exceed 300cm)
Step 4: Measure the length of your parcel (must not exceed 150cm)

What happens next?
> Once you order has been received Logistix Guru will email you a courier label.
> You must print the courier label and attach it to the parcel for collection.
> The label must be attached or the courier driver will reject the collection.
> Orders must be received before 09:30am for same day collection.
> Collection will be carried out between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding of Bank or Public Holiday), our driver cannot call before collection and collection times cannot be confirmed.
> Parcel has to be given by someone to the driver. It can not be left somewhere for the driver to collect by himself.

FAILED COLLECTIONS:
If your collection fails due to the parcel not being ready or you not being home, there is a £5 charge to re-book your collection. We will invoice you via PayPal to re-book your collection. This cost will not be covered by Logistix Guru, our drivers carry logs to confirm why the collection has failed.

> My Parcel was not collected what should I do?
Call our office on 02077027005 or email eastend.ebay@gmail.com we will re-book the collection for you or we can offer you a full refund.
> I wasn’t in when the driver turned up?
Call us or email us with when you would like the collection to be arranged for and we will re-schedule this for you. Please note there is a £5 re-booking fee if the driver turns up and the goods are not ready or no one is home.
> I have more than one package?
Each service is based on one parcel, if you wish to send more you will need to purchase additional services.
> Will it be ok to write the address on the parcel with no label attached?
No, the label must be attached for collection, without the label the driver will not collect your parcel!
> How should my item be packaged?
Your item should be fully packaged in a cardboard box. It should be packaged as well as possible to protect the item during transit. Packing your item in bubble wrap alone or something similar will not be accepted for collection by the driver. Failure to package your item well may result in your claim being declined should there be any damages.
The Drivers:
· Drivers will not call prior to collection.
· Drivers will not collect parcels that are not fully packaged in a cardboard box.
· Driver will not supply labels or packaging.
· Driver has the final word on collection and if he/she refuses your collection you will be offered a full refund.
Excluded items: These items should not be sent using our service and will not be covered by insurance:
- Animal skins/ furs/ any animal parts, Articles of exceptional value, (works of art, antiques, precious stones and silver)
- Any items containing glass/ fishtanks/ shower doors
- Dangerous goods/ Hazardous materials/ Fireworks.
- Liquids / Adhesives / Paint
- Firearms / Swords / Knives / Weapons
- Live animals
- Money, Keys, Negotiable items & Payment cards
- Perishable goods
- Personal effects
- Plants / Seeds
- Pornographic materials
- Passports / Birth Certificates
- Tobacco and tobacco products / Drugs / Medicines
- White Goods (Fridges, Ovens, Microwaves, Washing Machines, Dishwashers etc.)
- Fire Extinguishers
- Furniture (Unless Flat packed)
- Engines / Generators or any part containing or having contained oil unless
- flushed through
- Batteries (Except Dry Cell)
- All dangerous goods, flammable liquids and gases
> NOT READY WHEN DRIVER TURNS UP FOR COLLECTION, if for any reason you are not ready or fail to hand over your package when the driver turns up for collection then there will be a surcharge of £5.00 for a re-booking and collection. Unfortunately these costs cannot be absorbed as scheduled collections are tracked and billed by the courier companies. The driver will have a log and visual evidence of a failed collection attempt, which we will be able to produce in disputed collections.
> Packaging - All parcels must be fully packaged and protected. It is your responsibility to ensure your parcel is packaged properly to protect it in transit. If you parcel is not packaged well, UPS may decline your claim should your item be damaged. PPL-Logistics are not responsible for you not packing your parcel properly.
> Incorrect information provided for your parcel may result in the driver not accepting your parcel, you would not be refunded, please if you do have any questions or are unsure please email us. We are here to help!
> Extended insurance can be taken; this would be at an additional cost, please contact Logistix Guru for an insurance quote.
> Insurance Claim: No insurance claims will be accepted or processed for the following items Furniture (Chair, Table, sofa, Bed, wardrobe, mattress etc); TV and TV Units; any kind of Ceramic and Glass item or which is partially made of glass for example Windows, Mirror, Door Panels etc.; any musical instrument. You are covered for up to £50 for loss or damage. IMPORTANT: The receiver of the boxes should sign for the parcel/boxes as damaged otherwise we cannot pay out the insurance claim.
> Contents of Parcel: In order to make a claim, you must confirm the contents of the parcel and report any missing or damaged items within 24hrs or receiving goods.
> Bank Holidays or weekends – No parcels will be collected or delivered on bank holidays or weekend
