About Our Company: Better Bounce Direct is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of quality bouncy castles, inflatable’s & play structure equipment. Better Bounce was established over 25 years ago making it one of the longest established names in the industry. We have sold over 10,000 products shipped to countries on every continent around the world and have a 2 years return to base warranty on all of our products.
Our staff have gained an enormous wealth of knowledge over the years and are some of the country’s top machinists. Our longest established staff members have worked for Better Bounce for 25 years each and the staff member with the least experience is Sylvia who joined us nearly nine years ago ensuring an unbeatable skill level in the inflatable industry.
About Our Production: Better Bounce designs and manufactures all its products in our Leeds based factory and customers are always welcome to come and view the production process for themselves. In recent years we have invested heavily in over £100,000 worth of sophisticated 3D Computer Aided Design Software and a computer controlled flat bed cutting machine which gives unrivalled accuracy in the production process which really is worth a visit to see it in action.
Our Zund plotter is the largest most efficient bouncy castle & inflatable cutting machine currently operating in the UK, which allows us to drastically speed up the production process without compromising on quality and allows us to offer unbeatable products at unbeatable prices all year round.
Bespoke Requirements: As well as manufacturing high quality 'standard' units, Better Bounce Direct has two full time designers with over 18 years of experience in Computer Aided Design, 10 of which have been dedicated solely to the production of bouncy castles, inflatable’s & play structures for Better Bounce. Our designers can create just about anything you can imagine and will be more than happy to discuss any bespoke requirements you may have & bring your ideas to life at the most competitive prices on the market.
What comes with all our products: All our products come complete with a Design review, Risk Assessment, Method Statement, Hire Agreement , 1 Years safety test Certificate and all the help and advice you could ever need and we can open weekends for all those crucial repairs if required.
The materials: Better Bounce Direct uses only the best quality materials in the construction of our products and it’s all soured in the UK. The inflatables are manufactured from high quality fire retardant reinforced PVC coated fabrics. Constructed from a strong weave that is thickly coated on both sides with PVC, it is an extremely robust material with a cape grain finish to resist dirt. It is non-toxic, certified fire retardant which is compliant with BS5438 and BS5867 and has a nominal weight of 610 grams/sq. metre.
The way we construct our castles is certainly not the simplest or quickest method but it ensures each bed panel is Quadruple stitched using rot proof bonded nylon 20 gauge thread for maximum quality and durability as standard and we are more than happy to commission artwork on our inflatable’s and web the beds at your request.
Friendly Advice & Warning: Due to the rising number of Imported inflatables we are receiving for major repairs we have had to include this note. Any inflatable is a major purchase so please ensure that the product that you buy is what it purports to be. Several new inflatable sellers and some well established names in the UK inflatable industry are now simply “re-branding” products imported from Eastern Europe and the Far East. At Better Bounce Direct we have nothing to hide and potential customers are assured a warm welcome our factory to see our UK only production and the quality and range the products we supply.
One example of poor quality inflatables we came across was a customer who's castles internal webbings were constructed from sewn together clothing materials, some of which still had the pockets sewn in and only lasted 2 hires rendering the product useless. On this occasion the work required to replace all the internal wall panels and a bed transplant would have been more than the castle itself.
