For an additional $70.00 per license, Reclamere Technicians will install, Activate and Update Windows 7 Professional / Home Premium on the system of your choice.
The Install also includes Adobe Flash Player, Microsoft Security Essentials, Adobe Reader and Apache Open Office.
If you would request this option, We will need to send an additional PayPal Invoice to you for the License Fee.
Please expect up to one extra day to install Windows 7 Professional /Home Premium onto the system before the item will be shipped.
We include a legitimate backup disc of Windows 7 Professional /Home Premium with this option as well.

|EXCHANGE OF INCORRECT ITEM|
In the event that a customer receives an item different than the item that appeared at auction, Reclamere will make arrangements for the incorrect item to be exchanged.
In order to receive this exchange the customer must contact Reclamere for an Electronic Return Label. Once the item is shipped back in the same condition that it was received the correct unit will be shipped out.
All exchange claims must be made within 30 days from receipt of product.
Reclamere sells items in various conditions from new to Refurbished.
In the event that an item is damaged, Reclamere is not responsible for any filing of claims or any loss in shipping.
Reclamere is also not responsible for any refunds to be made due to damaged items.
To be on the safe side, we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase shipping insurance so that your item is covered.
