Standard UK Delivery is FREE.
For small items this will be Royal Mail 1st Class post.
Heavier and more expensive items will ship by courier.

Q. Does my Item come with warranty?
A. All items come with 12 months warranty, unless stated otherwise in the listing of the item.

Q. Do you accept PayPal?
A. PayPal is the only method of payment that we accept. All prices include VAT (where appropriate) and standard shipping is free within the UK.

Q. Where is your stock kept?
A. All stock is held in the UK, and dispatched from our own warehouse(s).

If you need to return any goods please contact our support team via email (support@flagshipfones.co.uk) to report the fault. Returns cannot be dealt with over the phone by our Sales team. If the item is unwanted, please ensure you contact our support team via e-mail within 7 days of receiving the item. For a full refund the item must arrive back with us in a resalable condition, and in the original product packaging. A Returns Number must be issued by us before goods can be returned. (Quite often we can resolve the problem via email, if we need to contact you for further information we will do so.)
