Jackson RR3 Randy Rhoads trans red custom pickups Floyd Rose

This is a Jackson Randy Rhoads RR3, which has been upgraded with Swineshead Warthog (bridge) and Condor (neck) pickups instead of the stock Duncan Designed Detonator pickups. The neck pickup produces a sweet, bluesey lead tone, and is coil-tappable to give a telecaster twang. The bridge pickup is great for rock and old-school metal.The guitar also has a diamondplate scratchplate, and celtic cross volume and tone knobs. It has an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fretboard. There are quite a lot of scratches on the body, and a few dings on the back of the neck, however these do not affect playability. The guitar has a Floyd Rose-licensed locking vibrato, a three-position pickup switch, individual volume controls for each pickup and a master tone switch. Pulling on the neck volume pot coil-taps the neck pickup.

I will include a gig bag with the guitar. If you are able to pick the guitar up in person, I will be happy to accept payment in cash.

I am selling as I no longer use it, and hope that someone else will get the same excitement from it that I now get from my Jackson Kelly.

It is currently fitted with 10-52 gauge strings and tuned to drop C, however upon purchase I will happily re-string it and set it up in a tuning of your choice, with new strings in your choice of gauge.
