We use either Royal Mail or UPS to deliver customer orders, the courier used depends on value, weight and size of the goods. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. In order to comply with Distance Selling Regulations, we are happy to accept any unwanted items back within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unopened and in the original packaging.
