The prices quoted for delivery is standard uk mainland only. 

Additional postage charges to the following areas, parts of AB, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE. Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, All other isles off the mainland. (for this additiona charge i can send you a seperate paypal invoice)

 
Delivery will be by national courier on a all day next day service which is Monday to Friday 9am - 6.00pm. 
If you miss the courier, they will leave a card with contact details for you to call them and collect or rearrange delivery. If you miss the second attempt the parcel will come back to us where you will be charged for the courier charges. 
If a parcel gets returned back to us because you were not in we get charged £15.00 from couriers to return item, you will be charged this.
The courier will send a email or text message the evening of dispatch with tracking information that you can log onto and alter delivery instructions.

We cannot be held responsible for manufacturer’s faults, BUT we will honour our terms and conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for a full instructions of replacement / refund of The Bid / Buying Amount at our discretion. (Postage and Packing is not included in any refund given)If you feel there might be a problem, please feel free to inform us - after all we're only human, mistakes can happen! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition, together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 7 days of the date of the invoice. You must take reasonable care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advice you take out postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or in writing.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.

Items can be returned within 7 days for a refund. Items must be returned to us unused and boxed as new in the original packaging.
