Payments are expected within 3 days after the end of the auction. We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer (BACS) or credit card payment over the phone. Please note that Paypal allows us to accept credit card transactions too.

We use a 24 hour guaranteed, tracked delivery service on all our items. Delivery to offshore areas within the UK will take longer and cost more. Delivery to Northern Ireland usually takes 48 hours after your item has been dispatched from our warehouse.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
Please be advised that the free delivery service on Buy It Now or standard delivery fees shown on auctions are for the UK mainland addresses only (Zone 1). Scottish Islands, Highlands, and Northern Ireland Customers will have to pay extra to cover the cost of shipping surcharge to such areas. Please contact us for further details and delivery prices if you live in the any of the following areas:
Zone 2: The Highlands and Islands of Scotland - postcodes IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50 and all ZE postcodes

Please note, we do not currently ship to the Channel Islands.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, the Supplier will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery at the point of delivery then please sign for the parcel as "UNCHECKED". Failure to do so may affect any warranty claims that you make thereafter.
We know that you will be pleased with your purchases from Furniture Bay eBay Store; however, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, please refuse the item and ask the courier to send the item back to our warehouse. If the item is in good outer condition and damage on the inside, we'll send you the replacement parts.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 2 calendar days to inform us and we'll send you a replacement item or part where possible.
If you change your mind
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 10 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be 'as new', and in unopened box condition when returned to us, otherwise we'll refuse to take the item back. Please note, in this case, return shipping fee to our warehouse is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
