MODULE TEST

Continue to adjust the load.The total output current of 4.63A, see the module on the ammeter, each is 2.33A and 2.29A. (2.33 +2.29= 4.61A). At this time, the input voltage is 16V, 2.5A. Conversion efficiency: 92.6% .

 

The third step.Output tied with four modules.

Connected to the wire, all the positive terminal of the module input together.All negative together.Turn on the power.All set the voltage to 8.0V.

Set the current limit to the maximum 2.60A. Setting, the output of each module must be separate. Note! The following test is an instant test. Long-running large current must be added to the heat sink.

Connected to the load, adjust the load.The total output current of 0.80A, see the module on the ammeter, each is 0.20A.(0.20 * 4 = 0.80A)

Continue to adjust the load.The total output current of 4.02A, see the module on the ammeter, each is 1.00A ,1.00A,1.00Aand 1.02A. (1.00 * 3 + 1.02 = 4.02A)

Continue to adjust the load.The total output current of 8.76A, see the module on the ammeter, each is 2.17A, 2.17A, 2.19A and 2.23A. (2.17 +2.17+2.19+2.23= 8.76A). At this time, the input voltage is 16V, 5.4A. Conversion efficiency: 81.1%

The above tests can be seen. Output current = N modules the sum of the current. Or Output current  /  N =  output current of the single module.

 

If multiple module feel that trouble adjust the voltage and current. You can share an external potentiometer. pay attention to the wiring to be correct. After sharing the potentiometer. Adjust voltage potentiometer. Voltage of all the modules will also be synchronized changed. Adjustment to limit the current potentiometer. Limit the current will also synchronize changes.
