Your item will be shipped within two business days of receiving your cleared payment. You can choose which day you want it delivered with a few days notice between Monday and Friday, if a delivery is needed on a Saturday a extra delivery cost will occur.Delivery price is to uk mainland only, if a delivery is outside uk mainland please email us for a delivery charge. Delivery will be to the nearest hard road to site and Unloading is the responsibility of the Customer. 

Terms and Conditions

• Payment must be received within 5  working days of purchase, however if this is not possible, please let us know to discuss solutions.
• If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase then a Non Paying Buyer Dispute will be filed, and 10 days later a final fee credit lodged.
•  Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID.
• It is the customers responsibility to ensure that payment is received in the due time as listed above.
• By committing to buy you agree that you have read the listing fully and understand the auction
• Goods will be dispatched within 48 hrs of cleared fund, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.  
• We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves

• Shading is an inherent quality of ceramic tiles and the buyer must order the correct quantity for its requirements as the company cannot guarantee against crazing or shade variation
• No responsibility can be accepted for shading or quality once the tiles have been fixed
• The buyer will be responsible for ensuring sufficient quantity of tiles are ordered to cover the required area.
• No tiles are guaranteed against crazing
• Once the item have been delivered, the Customer will be responsible for their safekeeping and we will not be responsible for any damage or fault arising from incorrect storage
• If the Customer requests delivery to a site beyond the nearest hard road then all risk as to the condition of the Goods on the delivery is with the Customer, and no claims will be entertained as to the condition of the Goods on delivery

Returns & Claims

• If you are not totally satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges.
• your goods are damaged in transit please sign delivery note stating what is damaged
• If your goods are damaged in transit, you must notify us within 48 hours
• If there is no one available to take delivery a re-delivery charge will apply
• Any claim as to shortages or condition of Goods on delivery which would not be apparent on visual inspection must be communicated within 48 hours. Subject to the condition the Customer is deemed to have accepted the Goods as having been supplied in good condition, and in accordance with the order
• No claim may be made in respect of defective condition of the Goods once they have been used by fixing or attempting to fix to wall or floor
• We will only process refunds for goods received back complete in a saleable condition
