Pack of SIXTEEN spring clips for securing drawings to a drawing board. Please note although the images show 4 this is a listing for 16.

Suitable for useon drawing boards from 14mm to 22mm thick.
The long flat edge is 4.7cm long, the width is 1.15cm. (1 3/4" x 1/2" approx)

Also suitable as display clips as they have holes drilled in them. Note you need fairly thick items - will not hold A4 sheets vertically - see our example.

All goods are supplied as new unless otherwise described. We do not sell seconds. Whilst we try to ensure that the information is accurate and complete, we do not accept any liability arising from any inaccuracy or omission in the information. We advise you to verify the accuracy of any information before relying on it.

We will send a formal VAT invoice with your purchase.

We usually reply to ebay messages within 24 hours but allow 72 hours. If you haven't received a reply within 72 hours we haven't had your message so email us direct at ebay@art-officesupplies.co.uk or phone free 0800 085 1454 during office hours Monday - Friday. Please note if we are engaged our call centre will answer the call and send a priority to us - this means all our calls are answered.
Damage. You must advise of damage within 24 hours and in the case of new goods we will collect the damaged item from you and send out a replacement once we have received the damaged item into our warehouse. Please return in the original packaging and obtain a RET number from us so that we can identify your goods when the reach us. Please sign the couriers paperwork as damaged if it is obvious.

If you change your mind or if any of our products fall below the high standards you expect, please let us know within 7 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item, provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. Please use the returns procedure detailed below. Please note that we are not able to credit the shipping or collection charges

Damage

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Please use the returns procedure below. Once the damaged goods have been collected and received back into our warehouse, we will either replace them or issue a refund for the goods via your original payment method.

Returns procedure

1. You will need your order reference number and the details of the item to be returned.

2. Email: returns@art-drawingoffice.co.uk or phone Customer Services on: 0800 085 1454.

3. You must obtain a Returns Number (RET) from us so that we can both track the progress of your return. If you send something back without an RET number, we will not be able to identify it as yours when it comes back to our warehouse and the product will probably get lost. All returns MUST have a valid RET number.

4. We will arrange for collection of the item by one of our carriers unless it was sent by Royal Mail in which case we ask you to return it to us. You must return the item in its original condition, including packaging and obtain proof of return from the carrier. We will then despatch a replacement from our Distribution Centre or process a refund once your return is received.

Please contact us if you have a problem - negative feedback does not help us or you.

We are importers and distributers of Drawing Office, Artists Equipment, and Office Furniture. As specialists we are able to offer excellent prices and fast deliveries plus sound advice. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Our office is located in the New Forest National Park. Our main warehouse is in Eastleigh just north of Southampton. We are only able to welcome callers by appointment. However we can usually arrange collection of purchases from us, even at the weekend.

Our Refunds Policy

Our 30-day* returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, see more below. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 30 days unless they are faulty.

In the event of Art-Drawingoffice sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to Art-Drawingoffice within 30 days. Art-Drawingoffice reserves the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you do not return the original item to us within 30 days of the date on which Art-Drawingoffice confirms we will issue a replacement

The following describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy on gift refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights (see below). Some notes about refunds:
When you send your item back to us (or, in the case of large items delivered via specialist courier, when we collect the item from you), we'll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return. 

Our sales office (0800 085 1454) will guide you through our Returns Policy and provide you with a returns number.

How Refunds Are Calculated
1. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us by refunding your return postage costs. We will also refund the cost of gift wrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.

Art-Drawingoffice will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you. 

2. Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights below.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
a. where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred 
b. where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred 
c. we will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK 
d. where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you. 

We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

3. Items returned under the 30-day or 14-day returns guarantee
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between seven and 30 days after delivery (or between seven and 14 days in the case of large items), and there has been no error on our part, we will refund only the cost of the item. We will not refund the cost of gift wrapping, delivery or other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If we arrange collection from you we will deduct the return postage from your overall refund.

4. Gift Refunds
If you return a gift purchased for you at Art-Drawingoffice, you'll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return, which you may use as part or full payment for future purchases from our website. Don't worry, we won't let the person who sent you the gift know about your return.

Please remember that normal returns criteria apply unless the return is due to an error on our part. If the return is not due to an error on our part, the refund will not include the cost of gift wrapping or other services provided to you in connection with the purchase. The cost of returning the item to us will not be included.

At Art-Drawingoffice we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30-day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item (14 days for large items). 
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. 
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please call us free on 0800 085 1454 for a returns number, giving the reason for the return as "I just don't want it anymore". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us within 30 days following the date that the item was delivered to you.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP. 
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you quoting our returns number, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: gift wrapping).

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
