We accept return items within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in orginal packaging and in new/un-used condition. We do NOT refund postage costs if the buyer has bought an item by mistake or changes there mind. Our postage cost for a set of nuts/bolts is normally £5.00 for mainland UK, this amount will be deducted when offering a refund. The buyer is expected to post the return item and pay the return postage costs. If a mistake has been made by us then we will offer a full refund and pay for all postage costs.
