What if my order does not arrive?
If you have selected Special Next Day or Special Saturday Delivery and your order does not arrive on time, we will refund your delivery charge in full. If after 3 working days your order has still not arrived, you are entitled to a re-order including Special Next Day Delivery or a full refund.
If you have made an order using our FREE Delivery or 1st Class Delivery service we will have to wait 15 days to investigate, if after 15 days your goods have still not arrived you are entitled to a re-order using the same delivery method or a full refund.
Internet Only Returns Policy:
If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect or you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition (unopened and unused) within 14 days of purchase. You will need to notify us by email, phone or post quoting your order reference number in which you wish to return. For hygeine reasons we cannot accept used or opened products under any cicumstances. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund (less shipping and Processing/Paypal fees). Cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using an insured delivery service such as Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded service.
The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
PayPal refunds will appear back in your PayPal account within 7 days.
If you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase on line, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded.
Delivery charges are non refundable.
