Canon EOS 7D Body Only w/ Battery Grip

No need for me to describe the camera or what it can do - it's likely that everyone looking here knows how good this camera is for shooting photographs and pro-level high quality video. But if you need more info on this camera head over to the newly updated 7D page on Canon.co.uk  

W/ newly installed Firmware v2.0 released on August 7th 2012 - click here to watch a showcase video for an overview of firmware 2.0 features.

The camera has a few little nicks in the paint, some faint scratches on the top LCD and there is a crack in the eyecup but apart from that the camera itself is in excellent condition - has always had a screen protector on the back LCD (which can be seen in the photos, it's not a damaged LCD but air bubbles under the screen protector). Screen protector will be left on the camera for shipping and you can choose to remove it if you like. Camera has been reset to factory settings, all custom functions and personal copyright information have been removed from the camera's internal memory so as good as new. The camera has mainly been used for video - only a few thousand photos have been taken so you have the majority of the 150,000 shutter cycle durability remaining.

Camera comes with a non-canon battery grip worth £80 which works great and has a tray for using 6 AA batteries (new AA batteries are included!), excellent for the money (comes in it's own box and will be posted separately - see postage details). Also comes with two non-canon LP-E6 batteries which work the same as my genuine Canon LP-E6 batteries - they charge fast and last long (they just don't register with the camera so you can't see the % of power you have, but I've never come unstuck since I always pack extra batteries). The original LP-E6 and charger that came with this camera were sadly lost but I have included a charger that works perfectly.

My preferred payment option is to conduct a direct bank transfer from the buyers bank account to my bank account - as soon as the auction ends I will be messaging my account details (name,account number, sort code etc) to the winning bidder. Please do not go straight ahead with PayPal. Direct bank transfers are made much easier these days if you have access to internet/online banking but can still be done easily by physically going to your bank with my account details.

PayPal:

I am offering PayPal only because Ebay makes it a mandatory requirement - due to the high selling price of this camera I do not wish to conduct a transaction via PayPal because of PayPal's charges. (along with ebay fees I look to lose around £78 from the sale if sold at £800). I will only accepts PayPal if the buyer chooses to send the money as a "personal payment owed" and not as an "ebay purchase" - this way I will be able to keep all of the money from the sale! If you do not know how to do this please message me before bidding or after you have won the auction - do not proceed quickly with a PayPal payment.

POSTAGE DETAILS:

I am offering this camera for sale in the UK, Mainland Europe, USA, Canada & Australia ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BIDDING! Because of the weight, high price and insurance costs of this item the postage costs are roughly £100 outside of the UK (please contact me for precise estimates) and I would not want to make anyone pay this - If you really do want the camera and are prepared to pay very high postage costs please contact me and I will let you know the exact price

The camera will be sent by the best option available for the country that you live in with appropriate insurance up to £1,000 (should the end price exceed £1,000 I will chose the appropriate insurance/postage option to make sure the camera is fully covered). The battery grip has it's own box and will be sent separately but at no extra charge, price is included in final postage cost.
