    Easy installation:

This unit is pre-gassed and the connecting pipes are pre-lagged and pre-flared. To install you need to drill a 65mm hole on the wall, connect the cable (supplied) and the pipes. Full instruction manual is provided.

We recommend that you install your outdoor unit on the brackets. It aids air circulation and prevents dust and rubbish to collect around the condenser if left on the ground level.

This system is supplied with pre-flared pipes. Whilst this is an "easy install system", it is a professional system and we recommend professional installation is carried out on this unit.

In addition, if the installation is carried out on a residential or a charitable organization's property, you will get a preferential vat rate of only 5% for installing an energy efficient heat pump systems.

• All return requests be in writing within 7 days from the date of receiving the product(s)
• Returned products must be 100% complete, in unused, re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. If any component of the returned product is missing we will charge a restocking fee.
• Winning bidder must arrange payment within 7 days.

• Delivery fee is not refundable.

1) The address and postal code is accurate for courier delivery. You will also need to confirm the date of delivery. Please note if you are not in to accept delivery, there may be a further courier charge for redelivery.

2) If you require installation, spare filters, brackets or anti vibration pads.  You can purchase these from our ebay shop.

3) For collection, please confirm mode of payment and arranging for collection.
