All items shipped within the UK are sent via First Class mail or courier

Items sent via First Class mail usually arrive within 1-3 days. However, delivery can sometimes take longer. If your item does not arrive within a few days of despatch, please do not worry - it is very likely that it will arrive very soon. In line with Royal Mail's guidlines, we will not consider a First Class parcel lost until 15 working days have passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" within this time.

If after 15 working days your item still has not arrived, please contact us via ebay. Please include your eBay username, item number and the date of dispatch in your email. Your email will be used as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with Royal Mail.

***************International Shipments**************

Items shipped outside the UK are sent via Airmail and should arrive within 3-12 working days. If your item does not arrive within this time, please do not worry - it is very likely that it will arrive very soon. In line with Royal Mail's guidlines, we will not consider an International package to be lost until 25 working days have passed. This is because the vast majority of packages will be delivered or returned to us as "undeliverable" within this time.

If after 25 working days your item still has not arrived, please contact us via ebay. Please include your eBay username, item number and the date of despatch in your email. Your email will be used as evidence of non-receipt in our claim with Royal Mail.

We guarantee that our products are listed accurately however, we do not guarantee that they will always be delivered on time as it is dependent on the courier. The delivery time is the courier's (Royal Mail) target delivery time.

If you need to return an item, please contact us at contact@modiify.com You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the goods and the item must be returned within 14 days at the expense of the customer. We will not accept refunds after this period. This is in addition to the Distance Selling Regulations

When returning an item, please also enclose a note stating your:

1. eBay user ID
2. Reason for return
3. Whether you require a replacement or a refund.

In all cases, the item must be returned in it's original, undamaged packaging. All goods will be inspected and if the item is not in it's original condition or undamaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Unless the item is faulty, in which case we will test the item first. If it is faulty, we will refund you.
