Payment

If you are fortunate to win this item please pay promptly by PayPal (within 3 days). I will accept cheques, but will not dispatch goods until the funds have cleared. Please contact me if there is a problem and I'll do my best to rectify it. Please do not leave negative feedback as usually a problem can be resolved.

Delivery

If you buy multiple items, please contact me or wait for me to send an invoice, I will combine the postage wherever possible and work out a discounted P&P cost for you. Goods are normally dispatched the of receiving payment. (Providing Payment is received before 14.00hrs. However, occasionally it may take longer - please be patient! If your goods haven't arrived within 10 days of payment, please contact me. International deliveries can take longer than this.

Delivery is generally to mainland UK. Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands can be more contact me for a price, unless it is coming by post then price is the same.

International deliveries are an estimate as you cannot list each price for each country, please email me through ebay for a confirmed post and packing quote before bidding. I always try to find the cheapest quote with a reasonable delivery time, if you have a preferred carrier let me know and I will get a quote from them.

Returns

We will accept returns in line with Distance Selling Regulations 2000. Please be aware that if you purchase a product and decide that you no longer want it then, unfortunately, the cost of return will be your responsibility.

Terms

The usual Ebay rules apply. If you win it, pay for it! As a last resort I will use ebay to deal with time wasters. If there's a genuine reason you can't pay, let me know, I can be patient, Please do not ask for auctions to be ended early as it is unfair on others who are bidding or thinking of bidding, but do contact me as I may have more of that item for sale.

Collection and Storage

Generally collection is not encouraged apart from very large items, If you do want to collect please contact us before you place your order or place bid. If collection is agreed, goods must be paid for and collected within 7 days of auction end, if not then a storage fee of £10.00 per item/consignment per week will be applied.
