Manufactured by Tenn Outdoors, our Loose Fit Base Layer is made exclusively in Korteks Dry Touch fabric, one of the leaders in moisture management technology. Dry Touch fabrics help to keep you dry, by transporting moisture away from the skin. In this way, your body cools down as it loses its moisture from the skin, and your skin stays dry.

Technical data: Dry Touch fabrics are used extensively in active sportswear, medical textiles, military wear and underwear. The yarn filament conveys air through the outer surface to the inner one, while conveying moisture in the opposite direction. The effect of this moisture control is that you feel drier quicker, hence the name Dry Touch.

Dry Touch fabrics have a much more natural and comfortable hand feel than other synthetic fibres, so this garment is superbly comfortable against the skin. It is vital that base layers are used as part of a structured layering system in order to achieve the best results. For example, there is no benefit to wear over a cotton tee shirt while exercising, as Cotton holds water like a sponge and makes you feel cold when you cool down.

Available in long and short sleeve versions. These are comfortable to wear loose fit base layers with a round neck fitting, and are not a compression fit. See our shop if you require a compression fit base layer.
