Postage

All UK and international orders are sent by Royal Mail. In Ireland - we use Fastway Couriers. To the UK you can choose next day delivery, signed for at checkout, otherwise FREE delivery estimated time of delivery is 2-4 working days from receipt of the order. In Ireland delivery is FREE. If the order is placed before 3pm it can be sent that same day and will be next day delivery, signed for which is chosen at checkout. For international orders we use Royal Mail air-sure. Returns

We are happy to offer refunds on unused items if returned within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Unless the product is found faulty, we regretfully are only able to offer a refund minus the initial postage charge on receipt. Also, please email us (info@shuphoric.co.uk) with your invoice and the reason for return with the product.

Faulty Goods

On the off-chance that you received a damaged or defective item from us, please contact us by phone: 0044 (0) 28 6632 4870 or email info@shuphoric.co.uk so we can arrange to get a replacement to you or provide you with a full refund. Please do not leave feedback until we are given the opportunity to rectify any issues for you.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, first email us on info@shuphoric.co.uk outlining your request. Subject to stock availability, you will then be instructed to send the item back to us in its original condition and packaging with a note of your specified request. Difference in prices will then either be charged or reimbursed depending.

After committing to buy a product, please check out following the eBay links, as this will update our system with your address and payment details. Once your order has been processed and payment has been received, your item will then be dispatched (normally with 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and verification of your payment information.)

Payment must be received within 7 days of listing close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after this time and a Non-Payer Report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.
