Free UK delivery

All orders within the UK are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed before 1pm the next working day and insured against loss or theft. It is very important to note that a signature will be required in order for the parcel to be delivered to you. Please make sure that you or someone you trust is available to sign for the package upon delivery. We urge all customers to inspect your parcel for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

International Delivery

All international orders are sent using FedEx Express or other courier services and insured against loss or theft. A £35 charge is applicable.

Stock Items

All stock items will be sent within three working days. If you need it immediately please contact us and we’ll send it out the same day. Ring sizes usually in stock are L, M, N, O and P. Note: most wedding bands and solitaire engagement rings are made to order.

Half sizes are made to order and non-refundable.

Silver samples with rhodium plating are available for all our solitaire engagement rings, full diamond and half diamond eternity rings so you can look and feel before you buy. A deposit of £50 will be taken and refunded once samples are received back. All samples must be returned to us within one week.

If the item is not in stock we will contact you by email to let you know the estimated delivery time. If you are not completely happy with the waiting period then we will issue a full refund. Usually it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery of non-stock items as we have to make the item for you.

Each Diamond Boutique creation is meticulously designed and created using high quality diamonds and coloured gemstones. From the first drawing, to the CAD model, our jewelry comes to life in the Diamond Boutique workshop.

Currently a team of 6 and growing, Diamond Boutique was founded by four brothers who have a common passion for diamonds and coloured gemstones. This love affair with gemstones has evolved through the years and we want to share this with you.

Whether you are getting married, celebrating a wedding anniversary, enjoying a birthday or simply treating yourself, we can provide guidance and help you make the right choice.

At Diamond Boutique we design and commission all our products. We have our own jewellery workshop and in-house jewellery designers enabling us to create beautiful exquisite pieces of jewellery very quickly. We offer a bespoke design service where we can create that dream piece of jewellery with your inspiration and our expertise. Nothing is impossible.
