Classic 32 ft Diesel Aft Cabin Motor Launch. Built in 1932 by G. A Feltham, Portsmouth.
This vessel would be more than capable of undertaking both coastal and cross channel trips given suitable weather conditions
She is in a boat yard near Poole in Dorset, Pendragon is for sale due to ill health, She has had much non-cosmetic maintenance and repairs over the last 6 years, However, no maintenance for the last 18months
Classic timber construction, carvel laid pitch pine planking on oak beams
She is a delightful vessel in need of some immediate work to maintain seaworthiness
She is fine to be worked on at the boat yard. There is a stand pipe and electric hook up a couple of yards away from her. The yard also has showers, and a crane and suitable slipway for putting her in the Wareham River, leading out into Poole Harbour.

Please note on the webpage galleries, the other photos are taken are from over the last 6 years, in no particular order.
She has been repainted every winter until last 18 months.
She has been in the water for about 70 years. She has been out of the water since 2004.
The engine ran well on last testing.
Since then she has had maintenance done and has a new dynamo aboard ready to be fitted.
Electrics and exhaust are currently disconnected due to maintenance.
The decks do not leak.
There are no rotten or soft timers -
this is why we took her out of the water in 2004 originally.
We have done much work to upgrade old repairs where softwoods were used,
we have replaced these with oak and iroko.
The boat yard has a workshop with repair and modification facilities,
with on site specialist trades and full sub contractor back up (rigging, engineering, sailmaking etc).
There are also private individuals at the yard who repair wooden boats.
Storage Fee's in the yard currently are roughly £40 per week, (around £481 per quarter)
None of the hull timbers have sprung as the bilge has been kept full of salted water.
She will need plimming up, as all wooden boats do, when she is put back in the water, as the timbers swell again.
I have lots of history including the all the old surveys which go back to the early 70's.
Also there has been an overhaul to the cooling system and a new waterpump fitted.
Going through the last survey, it was noted that before the mechanical and structual works, the valuation was £10,000, these majority of these works have been completed.
However due to no maintenance in the last 18 months of there is lots of cosmetic works to be done to the exterior.
Please be realistic about your expectations, this will be a fine vessel when completed, however at the moment it requires cosmetic work, it does look worse than it is, it will take someone to see through this.
