I always obtain unique quality items which are in very good condition; however some items may have a flaw I try to describe the flaw as accurately as possible and encourage bidders to inquire about the flaw. Therefore, all items that I sell are sold are AS IS, With regard to returns, In the rare event that a mistake was made in the description, as long as you contact me within 5 days of receiving the item, a refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of item (in same condition sent). Items are marked with invisible ink and marks are checked prior to refunds. Shipping, handling and trackingfees are not refundable, why? Because if you bought from a store or another online /catalog, you would have to pay to return it or drive it back to the store petrol time etc would not be refunded I use a variety of bubble wrap and styrofoam peanuts to ensure a safe shipment of items. Please also note that I do combine items from my ending auctions to save the high bidder money on shipping charges. I only combine items for auctions ending the same week.
