1960s Original Vintage Fabric ANOTHER PIECE OF THIS LOVELY FABRIC Design 'Dulcie' by Bridget Swabey One piece (actually a curtain) of a really lovely, typical 1960s stylised abstract/floral pattern fabric, in royal blue, turquoise, white, pale green, olive green. Size: 102cm wide X 188cm long excluding edges and hems top and bottom This is vintage 1960s fabric and is in good condition for its age. However the fabric is a bit fragile on the edges and one side has a small rip. There is some fading on the edges, although I have not included the hems/edges in my measurements. On the selvedge it says 'Dulcie' by Bridget Swabey Very typical pattern and colourway for its time - photo is a good representation of the colour. This is a very pretty and unusual pattern and colourway - typical of its time. Would be lovely for crafts, cushions, small curtains (for a VW camper maybe?) but I think it is probably best suited for light or decorative use. I have washed it at 30 degrees on a 30 minute wash and ironed it with a steam iron and it has washed up well. It feels and washes like cotton although there are no labels on it. Drapes nicely.
