1970 Gibson ES-150 DW ES150 Dark Walnut Vintage with Case 335 340

Here's a 1970 Gibson ES-150 in a factory original Dark Walnut finish. This guitar has no breaks or repairs and is pretty clean for a 40+ year old instrument. There's an area of dulled finish where your forearm rests. Other than that, there's a few light bumps and scuffs- but nothing serious. The tuners were changed, but all the electronics are original. It has an older refret. This is a nice vintage piece that has all the mojo from the 1970's still intact. Please look at all 55+ pictures- they accurately represent the very nice condition of this instrument.

It has just been deep cleaned and detailed. The front, back, sides and neck were waxed and buffed with a high grade carnuba wax. The fingerboard was cleaned, buffed and moisturized with an instrument grade lemon oil. It was set up with 10/46's, adjusted and plays very nicely. All the electronics work well.

The finish is pretty clean and glossy, both front and back. It has a slim taper 60's style neck and the original Gibson Patent Sticker pickups. The neck is straight and it plays very nicely. There are no funky odors or smells and it is in beautiful condition. Comes with the original looking hardshell case as seen in the pictures.
