All parcels are posted 1-2 business days upon payment. International Economy Airmail takes on average 15-21 business days to deliver. If your delivery time-frame is still within this duration, we ask for your patience to wait for it a while longer. For other shipping methods (with tracking), please check the status of your delivery using the tracking number in the site url provided to you in our notifications. If you need this information again, please email us for it.
It has been more than a month, and I have still not received my purchase(s). What can I do?
Please check with your local post office in this case to see if they might be holding on to your parcel. We have had several cases in the past where deliveries were held without a notice for collection and many of our buyers managed to successfully retrieve their package after making a trip to the post.
Do I need to pay custom taxes / levies?
Generally, transactions that are under USD200 are not likely to be taxed. While we cannot make any guarantees, we haven't had any cases of buyers needing to pay for levies or taxes in years.
What payment methods can I use?
We prefer Paypal but major credit cards can also be accepted via PayPal’s payment gateway. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final and exchange for same-item only. Defective item not due to misused will be entitled to an 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Returns will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive your package at our warehouse.
Can I cancel or change an order?
We are sorry; orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they've been submitted. Your parcel is posted the next day upon receipt of payment. We rely on a heavily automated process to provide you with the fastest service possible, and once an order begins the fulfilment process we're unable to modify it or cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we hope that in the majority of cases.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes we do. Minimum order quantities for wholesale pricing start as low as 10 pieces (same item or mixed). Please email us for a quotation if you wish to purchase wholesale from us.
The auction lists the size as small, but the photo shows it as a size Large. What size is it?
We use the same photo for identical items in different sizes. The correct size of the item is what is listed in the auction and not what shows in the photo.
How long do I have to pay for my eBay purchase?
We kindly request payments be made within 3 days of the auction ending. If you need more than 3 days to make payment or are waiting for other auctions to end, do drop us an email to let us know. Items not paid after 3 days may be re-released for bid for other buyers if we are uninformed of payment delays.
Can I bid on more than one item?
Yes, as long as you don't checkout/pay for any of the items until you are DONE shopping. You can continue to bid on multiple items and receive shipping discounts. You have exactly 3 days from the date and time of the first auction won, to pay for these items.
