1^st class post is capped at £3.99, but you must request an invoice (before you pay) and pay for all items in one transaction. If you buy in multiple transactions your postage costs will be higher and overpaid postage will not be refunded due to the additional fees we incur for multiple transactions.

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY (UK ONLY)

2^nd class post – please allow up to 6 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for 1^st class post.

1^st class post – please allow up to 3 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. If items are needed sooner please pay for Next Day Delivery.

Next Day Delivery – orders paid for by 12pm will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday excl bank holidays), orders paid for after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please email us for a quote.

ITEMS NOT RECEIVED

Most parcels are received within the time specified on the listing, if you do not receive your items within this time please check with your local delivery office, as Royal Mail DON'T always leave a card when they attempt to deliver. We will always ask you to check your sorting office and confirm the name and address on the order before sending out replacements or issuing a refund. We will check the sorting office ourselves wherever possible, if your parcel is there we will not resend, or issue a refund until the parcel is returned back to us. We will not issue replacements or refunds until our recommended number of delivery days has passed.

RETURNS POLICY If you need to return your item for any reason you must notify us within 7 days for a refund. The item must be in original, resalable condition, with all tags (if applicable) still attached. It is up to the sender to decide what level of postage they require and to insure the return if they deem it necessary, for example recorded delivery, this is at the sender’s expense. A refund for the goods will only be issued once goods are received back by us in good condition, therefore if they are lost or damaged in the post you will not receive a refund and you will need to make your own claim to Royal Mail for the lost or damaged parcel. For this reason we recommend you obtain a proof of posting for your returned items. Original postage and return postage will not be refunded. If the item(s) were sent with free postage then 20% of the purchase price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund to cover original postage costs incurred when your order was dispatched.
